This particular Tanzania Peaberry is a Microlot coffee from the Nitin Estate, which is adjacent to the Ngorongoro game reserve, and elephants are frequent visitors. Tanzania coffee is renowned for its creamy mouthfeel, and fruit/berry forward flavors, and is among my favorites for its wine-like qualities.
